TPL8032 20 V/300 mA Ultra-Low Noise LDO Regulator

3PEAK’s TPL8032 series 300 mA high PSRR, ultra-low noise, and low-dropout linear regulator features a 20 V wide input voltage range. The series supports adjustable output voltage ranging from 1.22 V to 18 V with an external resistor divider and fixed output voltage ranging from 1.5 V to 5 V. The TPL8032 regulator is stable with a 2.2 μF to 100 μF ceramic output capacitor. It has a high PSRR with 79 dB at 1 kHz and 5.68 μV_RMS ultra-low noise. These features make the TPL8032 series suitable for noise-sensitive applications, such as high-performance analog devices or high-definition imaging equipment, to suppress the large ripple and noise generated from the previous stage power supply. In addition, output short-circuit and thermal protection features improve system reliability under multiple operating conditions. The TPL8032 series provides the SOT23-5 package with a guaranteed junction temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
